Weekly lawn maintenance - Weekly lawn maintenance service includes mowing, trimming, edging, and a general clean-up of designated grassy and paved areas on the property every 6-8 days, March thru November.
Fall and Spring Clean-Up - Includes gathering and disposing of leaves, trash, and other debris in (1) visit, once in late Fall and/or early Spring.
Dethatching - The process of removing thatch build-up in excess if 1/2 inch between the grass and soil layer. Dethatching helps prevent water shedding and allows nutrients to penetrate deeper into the soil. Recommended every few years, this service is provided in the Spring.
Core Aerating - The process of removing plugs of soil to improve water and nutrient delivery. It also loosens thatch build-up and promotes healthy root growth. Research suggests aerating at least once per year, either in the Spring or Fall. Fertilizer is generally applied at this time as well.
Fertilizing - Includes (1) standard fertilizer application. Generally performed up to (3) times per year in order to provide lawns with proper nutrients throughout the season. Granular fertilizer only.
Plant Bed and Shrub Maintenance - Includes cleaning plant beds of trash and debris and removing unwanted grass and weeds. Shrubs will be trimmed as needed.
Rototilling - Whether planting flowers or a vegetable garden, we can get your soil rototilled to your satisfaction.
Lawn Renovation - If your lawn is giving you some grief, we can help! Overseeding is a great and cost effective way of filling in trouble areas or whipping your lawn back into shape.
Fence repair - From replacing pickets to repairing gates, we got you covered.
